Tony Heo

CEO

Tony has accumulated substantial US and international experience in the incubation, startup, and growth stages of technology companies offering products and solutions concerning PCs, data communication, environmental waste management, and engineering consultation. He garnered extensive marketing experience in Greater China. Mr. Heo has been dedicated to Plasnova since 2016 having worked for an erstwhile affiliate for the previous decade. Mr. Heo received a  B.S. in Engineering Science (Mathematics) from the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr. George Paskalov

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. George Paskalov has close to 30 years of experience in plasma research and development. Prior to coming to the US, Dr. Paskalov was the Soviet Union's Chief Scientist for RF Plasma research, which had been applied to satellite rocket engine simulation at the time. In the US, George pioneered the development of new precious metals processing techniques using Radio Frequency Plasma. This technology  was later acquired by  what  evolved to become TOSS Plasma Technologies Limited where Dr. Paskalov served as Chief Scientist to the company until he was appointed to Plasnova's Board in 2018.

He has co-authored 2 books, received 6 US patents, and published 54 papers on plasma and holds a memberships at APMI International and the Society of Inventors. Dr. Paskalov received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Ph.D in Plasma Processing and Installations from the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.

Matthew Heo

Executive Director & Business Development

Matthew joined Plasnova in the Spring of 2018, and is dedicated to his support of the CEO in a strategic capacity. He utilizes the skills acquired through short stints at firms of various breadth and depth, including: Korn/Ferry Futurestep, Morgan Stanley, and UDP International.

Matthew received his formal education in Hong Kong and Singapore, earning a Bachelor of Sociology with a Minor study in International Business from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. As the business achieves greater autonomy, he plans to receive further education stateside or amongst the cities he has lived in.
